You can check out the status or ticket that has been created on your behalf by following the steps below:
Click on the Chat Icon at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on Tickets to view any associated technical tickets within your account.
You can view the status of your ticket seen in the screenshot below
Under Review: ticket has been submitted and is awaiting review from our tech team.
Waiting on you: we need more information from you to complete this ticket for our team.
Resolved: The issue has been completed and the issue should be resolved.
If you have any questions about the status of the ticket, feel free to click on Continue the conversation.
You will also receive notifications on any updates to your email as well.
