Joining Your Live Study Zoom Session

How to find and join your live session.

To access your live sessions or 1:1 tutoring sessions, follow the steps below: This guide also includes information on managing missed sessions, accessing course materials, and troubleshooting common issues.

To join a required live study session:

  1. Click into the session on the respective date on your study calendar.

  1. Click "Join" once you have clicked into the session from the study calendar. The "Join" button will initially display as "REGISTERED" and will switch to "JOIN" 10 minute before the session begins.2. Alternatively, you can use the Zoom link provided in your email to join the session.

If you’re unable to log in to your study plan, first confirm that your plan has been created.


Fill out the information below, set your start date to today, and then click Create Study Plan.

Once your plan is created, you’ll be able to see your live sessions on your calendar. Additionally, course materials, including recordings of live sessions, are accessible through your account. Ensure you log in regularly to stay updated on available resources and deadlines. Recordings of live sessions are typically available 24 hours after the event on the course page. However, live attendance may be required for certain guarantees, such as the Pass Guarantee. Session times and time zones are provided in your Study Plan or email notifications. Ensure you verify the time zone to avoid missing the session.
