This guide covers how renewals work, how to change or cancel your plan, and our refund policy.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly). You don't need to do anything to keep your access active — it continues with each renewal.
Changing or Upgrading Your Plan
Subscriptions are non-transferable, so you can't upgrade or switch plans within an existing subscription. To purchase a different product:
Cancel your current subscription before it renews.
Purchase the new product separately.
Exception: If you want to add a question bank to a course you already have, you can purchase the question bank as a standalone subscription — no need to cancel your existing plan.
Canceling Your Subscription
Log into your account.
Go to My Account.
Click My Subscriptions to view your active subscriptions.
Under Actions, click the three dots (⋯) next to the subscription you want to cancel, select Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
You'll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.
Refund Policy
Subscription purchases and renewals are non-refundable and final. You're responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you no longer want the subscription. See the Blueprint refund policy or SMNP refund policy for details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose my progress if I cancel or my subscription lapses?
No. Your progress, account settings, and saved preferences are never deleted. If you resubscribe later using the same email address, everything picks up right where you left off.
My subscription was canceled because of a failed payment — what do I do? Repurchase your subscription on the website using the same email address. Your progress carries over automatically.
Can I use a discount code on my next renewal?
Yes. Cancel your current subscription, then repurchase with the discount code applied. Subscriptions renew automatically, so this manual step is only needed when you want to apply a new discount.
