What happens when my course access expires, and how can I extend it?
When your course access expires, you will no longer be able to access course materials, including practice exams, question banks, and other resources. Below is a detailed guide on what to expect and how to manage your access:
General Rules for Course Access Expiration
Once your account reaches its expiration date, access to all course materials will end. This includes modules, practice exams, and question banks.
To continue accessing these resources, you will need to purchase an extension or renewal. Extensions are not provided for free.
Continuing Education (CE) Credits
If your course includes a continuing education (CE) component, you must complete and pass each post-test and fill out the surveys sent to your email within 24 business hours before the course expiration date.
Post-tests can be found under the Resources tab after each course. Note that CE credits cannot be backdated due to AANP/ANCC regulations.
Access to Specific Resources
After your course expiration date, access to practice exams and the question bank will also end. To regain access, you must purchase an extension or renewal.
Steps to Extend or Renew Access
Log in to your account and navigate to the course dashboard.
Look for the option to purchase an extension or renewal.
Follow the prompts to complete the payment process.
Once the extension is activated, you can resume accessing your course materials.
By understanding these policies and taking proactive steps, you can ensure uninterrupted access to your course materials and resources.
