After clicking on the user icon in the upper right of your account, click on the Settings page. From here, you can select your time zone. This will adjust all live session times to your local time zone.

If you are not sure what the name of your time zone is, Google search "What's my time zone?"

If your time zone is not listed, please choose whichever time zone that you prefer.
