Account Expiration Date
Generally, you will have access to your Blueprint resources for a set period of time from your purchase date, depending on which specific option you selected during your enrollment.
If you need to check when you course expires, go to your My Account page under My Resources. If you have just extended your account, sometimes the new expiration date will not show up immediately. If you do not see the new expiration date, please clear your cache and try again in an incognito window.
Account access will end on the expiration date at the same time of day that the initial purchase was made. For example, the access tile on your My Account page shows the expiration date of July 25, 2024. If the initial was purchased at 11:00 AM, course access would end on July 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM. If you are not sure of your renewal time, please contact our support team who can look this up for you, as renewal time is not listed on your account page.
Renewal date cannot be changed without canceling and re-starting a subscription. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days.
Subscription Renewal Date
1. Navigate to My Account in the top righthand corner of the homepage.
2. Once you are under your account page, the menu on the left side will have a My Subscriptions option - select that option and reference the photo below to access your subscription renewal date.
The price, frequency and date your account will be billed will appear as below under My Subscriptions.
