Extending Access
To extend or upgrade your access, log in and go to Extensions & Upgrades from your Account page. Many students choose to wait until closer to their class start date or when they are ready to study to maximize the extension period.
Extensions are available for live classes, Qbanks, exams, and other course materials. These extensions apply to the full course subscription rather than individual components. You can extend your access multiple times, ensuring continuity in your learning progress.
Select your option and click Extend My Access. You can purchase extensions before or after your course or subscription ends—your progress will be saved. Extensions can be purchased at any time to align with your study schedule, offering flexibility to meet individual needs.
Purchasing additional tutoring hours does not extend course access. Extensions to study materials and tutoring services must be arranged independently. Tutoring sessions can still be utilized even if study material access has expired.
Managing Study Plans Post-Extension
When you purchase an extension, your study plan does not automatically update to reflect the new access period. To ensure your study calendar aligns with your extended access:
Reset Your Study Plan: Resetting your study plan will update it to reflect the new extension period.
Manual Adjustments: Alternatively, you can manually add upcoming classes or adjust dates directly in your study plan. This can be done by dragging and dropping assignments or editing dates to fit your schedule.
Adjusting Study Plans for Test Date Changes
If your test date changes, you may need to adjust your study plan to align with your new timeline:
For Upcoming Tests: If your test date is soon, it is recommended to keep your current study plan.
For Later Test Dates: If your test date is significantly later, reset your study plan to space out assignments and take advantage of the extra time.

Upgrading Access
To upgrade access, go to Account Dashboard and click "upgrade now." Select the product you wish to upgrade to and follow the prompt to complete your upgrade. Your progress will be saved.
Other Notes:
Military discounts don’t apply to extensions or upgrades.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. To view them, click My Subscriptions on your account page.
Fee waiver learners: Add the extension to your cart to see your discount.
