Upgrading or Extending Access
To extend or upgrade your access, log in and go to Extensions & Upgrades from your Account page.
Study material access, including modules, exams, and office hours, is tied to the terms of your purchased plan and expires as per the predetermined schedule.
Purchasing additional tutoring hours does not extend course access. Extensions to study materials and tutoring services must be arranged independently. Tutoring sessions can still be utilized even if study material access has expired.
Select your option and click Extend My Access. You can purchase extensions before or after your course or subscription ends—your progress will be saved. Note that extensions apply to study materials but do not automatically extend access to tutoring services, which are separate.

Downgrading Access
To downgrade, wait for your current product to expire, then purchase the new product. Your progress will be saved.

Military discounts don’t apply to extensions or upgrades.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. To view them, click My Subscriptions on your account page.
