What is Discord?

Discord is a leading platform where online communities thrive. For further insight, please refer to this beginner's guide or check out this brief video explaining the workings of Discord.

How can I join the Blueprint Discord server?

  1. Download the Discord app onto your computer

  2. Next, go to your student portal, where you will find a unique, one-use-only join link. Please ensure that you complete the entire setup process in one sitting. Click this link to join the server directly.

How should I use the Blueprint Discord?

The Discord server is your one-stop shop for community, troubleshooting, and experts to answer your questions! When you join, you'll see channels listed on the left where you can choose the topic you're inquiring about. You may get answers from other community members or moderators (who you'll know by their Blueprint avatars). There are even study rooms if you want to join other people who are studying at the same time as you for a little extra motivation.

If you are a Live Online student you'll want to join your class. To do that, click on the #join-your-class channel and then find your class session title and click the corresponding button. The class channel will then appear on the left-hand side under the #join-your-class channel

Encountered Any Issues joining Discord?

Sometimes a join error happens when your age on Discord cannot be verified. Follow the steps in this short video and it will get fixed right away for you. After Discord responds and confirms they updated your account, you can try joining the server again and it will let you in.

In case you encounter an error this won't fix, please reach out to us via email at mcatdiscord@blueprintprep.com or lsatdiscord@blueprintprep.com for assistance. We will be able to generate a new link for access.
