Managing Your Subscription: Monthly payments are automatically charged to the credit or debit card listed on file.
To change your card information:
Log in to your account at blueprintprep.com or npreviews.com in the upper right hand corner
Click on My Subscriptions
Then click Edit on the subscription to change the payment method with the new credit card information. This step is critical as updating the Payment Method itself will not update the subscription.
Once the correct payment method is attached, the system will automatically retry the payment at regular intervals if a payment has previously failed.
Please be sure to update all information before the next installment due date.
Disclaimer: If you update your payment method on a subscription after a failed payment, the system will automatically retry the payment within 24 hours. Please note, we do not have the ability to manually initiate a retry for subscription payments. If issues persist, confirm your payment details in the Subscriptions tab of your account. Ensure the attached card is valid and has sufficient funds to avoid further payment issues.
