Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically to the card on file every 30 days until the subscription plan is canceled. All cancelations must be made prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional charges.
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account through the remainder of the previously billed cycle. This means that any content will still be accessible to you until the end of the current billing period that you have already paid for. After that period, you will no longer have access to the content. You can verify the cancellation by viewing your account profile.
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your account and click on My Account.
Click My Subscriptions
Click the three dots under Actions and then "Cancel Subscription" button that appears in red to confirm the cancelation.
