Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically to the card on file every 30 days until the subscription plan is canceled. All cancelations must be made prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional charges.
For instance, if a user cancels on the 15th day of their 30-day billing period, they will still enjoy full access to all resources until the 30th day. Additionally, any progress made during this period will be saved and can be accessed if the subscription is renewed using the same account.
Will my progress be saved if I cancel and repurchase a subscription? Your progress will not be lost as long as you use the same email account for the new purchase. This ensures that your progress remains intact, and you can continue from where you left off.
What happens to my progress if I switch memberships or buy another subscription? Your progress will be saved as long as you purchase the new membership under the same account. Progress on accounts cannot be reset. If you want a fresh start with your subscription, you will need to purchase using a different email on a new account.
Will I lose my progress if my subscription ends? No, your progress is not lost. If you cancel or let your subscription expire and later resubscribe using the same email address, your progress will still be saved.
Subscription-based products on our platform are non-refundable, and all sales are final. This applies to both initial purchases and automatic renewals. Customers are responsible for canceling their subscriptions when they are no longer needed. Can I renew my subscription using a discount code? Yes, to use a discount code, you will need to cancel your current subscription and repurchase with the discount code to renew it at the new price point.
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account through the remainder of the previously billed cycle. This means that any content will still be accessible to you until the end of the current billing period that you have already paid for. After that period, you will no longer have access to the content. You can verify the cancellation by viewing your account profile. Content includes your progress, account settings, and any saved preferences, which will remain intact if you resubscribe using the same account.
