How to Switch LSG Sessions

Looking to change your Live Session 1 or Live Session 2 registrations? Follow this article to find out how!

  1. Log into your SMNP Account.

  2. Click on the Live tab

  3. Navigate to the session you’d like to switch to, as shown in the image below.

  4. Click Register. You’ll see a notice letting you know you’ll be unregistered from your previous session. After confirming, click Register again and you’ll receive a message that says “Registration Swap Successful!

FAQs:

Can I register for two of the same live sessions concurrently?

- No. You can only be registered for one Live Study Group 1 and one Live Study Group 2 concurrently. When you register for an alternative date, your previously registration will deregister.

Do I need to register for Live Study Group 1 and Live Study Group 2 that fall on the same day of the week?

- No! You are not tied to the schedule you initially purchased. You have the freedom to register for whichever Live Study Group days/times best meet your scheduling needs.
