Clearing Cache/Cookies in Chrome

Open Chrome
In the top right, click the three dots
Select Clear Browsing Data
Select a time range, like All Time
Select the types of information you want to remove
Include Cookies and Cached images and files
Select Clear Data
Clearing Cache/Cookies in Safari
To clear cache and cookies in Safari, follow the steps below:
Access Safari using your Mac device.
Click on Safari then click Settings.
Click on the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data
Click Remove All.
