Recordings are available for viewing within 72 business hours after each class has completed and will be accessible to you for the duration of course access. Class Chat is not available in recordings. Students no longer have access to recordings after course access expires. However, if you extend your course, you will retain access to your previous recordings and gain access to new live sessions. If you have a Starter Subscription, please note that it does not include access to recorded classes. Consider upgrading to a subscription that includes this feature if you require access to recordings.
To access the recording of your live session:
Navigate to your Study Plan.- Locate the specific class.- Click the Watch button that replaces the usual "Join" option after the session concludes.
Please note that your study plan needs to be set up before you have access to view a live session recording.
You will also need to activate your account through the activation email sent upon purchase to begin accessing course content.
