Claiming CME Credit
To claim your CME certificate:
Log in and enter your Portal.
Click the person icon in the upper right corner.
Click See CE Info.
This page lists all your certificates, completed and in progress. Each one shows one of three statuses:
Track Progress — The required work isn't finished yet. Access to CME materials, including post-tests, requires an active subscription; renew or extend it if yours has expired. You need a minimum score of 70% on the post-test (usually under the Resources tab after each course) to proceed. CME credit can't be granted more than 130 days after completion, and live sessions don't offer partial credit.
For Qbank-based CME: every question must be marked complete to qualify. Partial completion doesn't count, and the number of questions you complete doesn't change the amount of credit awarded.
Claim — Your work is done but the certificate hasn't generated yet. You'll get a short survey (learner experience plus your first and last name) within 24 hours of passing the post-test. Your name must be correct on the survey — this is required for your hours to be valid and reported to the accrediting body. Once you submit it, your certificate is emailed automatically; check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. An incomplete survey disqualifies you from receiving credit.
View Certificate — You've completed the work and already claimed the certificate. Return to See CME Info anytime to view it. Some certificates generate automatically with no survey email — if yours is showing in your account, you can use it right away.
Reminder: If you attended the PANRE Live Course, complete the Self-Assessment Qbank questions under the Qbank tab in your study plan. This is required to receive your 20 CME credits.
PANRE/PANCE CME Credit Breakdown
PANRE Live Online Course: 20 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits for completing 400 Self-Assessment Qbank questions.
Full PANRE Qbank (1,000 questions): 100 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits.
PANRE Review Course: 20 AAPA PRA Category 1 CME credits for completing the AAPA Self-Assessment General PA question bank.
PANRE Live Review Course: 2 CME hours for attendance alone. No additional hours are awarded.
Credit amount is based on questions completed and accuracy — not time spent in the Qbank.
Replacing a Lost or Misplaced Certificate
Search your email for a message from "Certify'em," including spam and junk folders. Check every email address linked to your account.
Contact support for a replacement. Allow up to 1 business day for processing.
If you didn't receive the survey email within 24 hours of passing the test, use the direct survey link for your course before it expires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I earn CME credits for attending live sessions?
A: No. CME credit comes from completing Qbank questions, not from attendance.
Q: What if I don't complete the required number of questions?
A: You can't claim CME credit until you meet the completion and accuracy thresholds.
Q: Can I retake questions in the Qbank?
A: Yes, retake questions as many times as needed to meet the requirements.
CME completed before your exam date doesn't count toward test retakes or license renewal. For CME eligibility rules in your state, contact your state board directly, since rules vary.
Q: Can I claim the same CME credit more than once?
A: Per AAPA rules, PAs can't claim credit for the same activity more than once in a 2-year logging cycle — check with the CME provider if you plan to repeat an activity. If a repeat is allowed and you need a certificate for it, contact our support team.
