Access Your Course Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to your course dashboard.
Reset Your Study Plan: Use the option to reset your study plan. This will allow you to select a new class schedule.
Select a New Class Schedule: Browse the available live class schedules and choose the one that fits your preferred timing. Ensure that your account is active for the dates of the new schedule.
Confirm the Change: Complete the process to finalize your enrollment in the new class schedule. There are no penalties or extra fees for making this change.
Verify Schedule Visibility: Double-check your study plan to ensure your new class schedule has been correctly updated and is visible in your portal.
Q: Can I take a lesson I missed with a different instructor?
A: If you missed a live lesson and you want to take that lesson live, you can register for that same live lesson with another instructor. To do so, go to "upcoming" in the live tab and search for the lesson you missed and register for the day/time that fits your scheduling needs. All schedules follow the same syllabus, so you can switch between them without missing any content.
Q: Can I attend sessions from multiple schedules? A: Yes, you have unlimited access to all live sessions. This means you can attend classes from different schedules to make up for missed sessions or to better fit your availability.
Q: Will my progress be preserved when I reset for a new class?
A: Yes! Your progress on assignments (exams, modules, Qbank, etc.) will be preserved if you select a new live course schedule. Additionally, there are no penalties or extra fees for switching to a new class schedule, provided your account is active for the new dates.
