Managing your exam attempts and access is crucial to making the most of your study resources. This guide outlines important policies and steps to help you navigate these processes efficiently. For most exams and practice sets, you are allowed up to 5 attempts. You can utilize these attempts by selecting numbers 2 through 5, located next to the respective exam or practice set. Each attempt can help you refine your understanding and improve your preparation. If you find the "Take Exam" button greyed out, it typically indicates that your exam access has expired. In such cases, you'll need to purchase an access extension from your account's "Extension Options" section. This ensures uninterrupted exam access when you need it most. Purchasing an exam again on the same account does not reset the number of attempts. Unfortunately, existing policies do not allow resetting of attempts on the same account. Work, progress, and usage are tied to your existing account credentials.
